Hi I feel i have damaged the sharp prongs that pierce the capsule before the pour or they have been pushed out of alignment? So, I purchases an “Aldi” refillable metal capsule with a silicone cap (hoping to reduce environmental waste). On the first use I heard a click/snap (sound) and now no pods work in the machine unless I stab the 3 perforation holes in the aluminium capsules, where they usually are obvious on a spent capsule after a pour. Can you help with the part alignment or replacement? - Due date: Flexible
