Touch ups and some patching required around house. There might be areas that are not photographed that need painting. Will provide paint, but will need to work out the colour. Need the painting not be visible as I don’t want to see patches of paint on walls - can it be blended in? 6 hours over 2 days.

They are both flex and plug 2 core with inline switch, no metal, just plastic. Looking for a local tag and tester that I can drop the lamps to as soon as possible.

I have a 70s kitchen with terrible laminate bench tops, I want to replace them with timber, probably just the kaboodle Bunnings ones (?) but open to ideas…. I have measurements and pics but haven’t sourced new bench tops yet…

Cut 3 stumps of prickly palm in back garden down to ground level, cut into pieces and place pieces in skip bin in front of property. I can help moving pieces to the bin. The largest stump is about 1.7high and 1.2m across at the base. I’ve already removed the branches (fronds). You need a large chainsaw, and thick gloves due to spikes.

We have mice entering our kitchen via narrow gaps above kick boards of our kitchen. Need someone to trim and glue pieces of MDF board to close up gaps. Needs high level of attention to detail - so that cupboard doors still open while not leaving enough space for mice to get through. Needs to be done on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday afternoon.

Our upstairs shower is not getting hot water. It has never been as hot as the water downstairs. The gas hot system has been recently replaced and is at max temperature. We are looking for options to boost the upstairs hot water as well as replacing the shower head - Due date: Flexible

One wooden beam (second from front) needs replacing/reinforced with a structural steel.

We had some of the sticky things that attach pictures to the wall in our apartment and they took some of the paint off when moving. Professional required to touch up the areas so we get our bond back, giving the keys back 4/5 so this needs to be done today or tomorrow.
