Have two Yucca stumps that needs to be removed ( see pictures) both are about 20cm diametres I have a green bin for disposal

We have a small clump of bamboo in this raised garden bed in our backyard which we need uprooting. We have already cut off the tops; we need the rest of the root clumps pulled from the ground entirely, so there are no more bamboo roots or stumps remaining in the garden bed. We have a shovel & a fencing crowbar you are welcome to use if needed. Extra cash available for removing the bamboo stump waste from the property.

Need a washing machine moved upstairs to laundry. Wooden staircase, walls on the tighter side, and two corners to navigate.

Our building has a silverfish problem and I am looking for someone experienced in caulking and/or pest management to locate and seal ALL cracks in our apartment with sealant/caulk. It’s a modern, new apartment and so there shouldn’t be many cracks to seal.

I have a tap that keeps on leaking and both really stick and can’t turn on and off well. It’s very hard to turn the left one off. I think the washers need changing.

Bath taps were leaking so I bought some sealer but I did a terrible job and it looks so messy, need someone to remove the sealer and reseal (nicely) Fitzroy

Leaking bathroom sink taps. Need to have task completed today, Monday 25 July

I would like to Mount two ceiling lamps instead of the current ones. It is straightforward but I am not 100% sure about the wiring (L/N) so I thought someone with the right skillset would be better suited for the task! I have all material here - drill, screwdriver Thanks! I think it will take less than 1h. I will dismount the current lamps and paint the ceiling, all you have to do is help with the drilling and ensure the circuit will be plugged properly. - Due date: Flexible

We had a slip and fall in the shower which broke a tile and displaced two taps. We have found new tile replacements and can confirm the water is still running through the taps. Looking for a handyman to piece this back together again.

Need qualified and experienced painter to re-paint child’s bedroom (approx 3.5m x 3.5m), including back of door and built in robe doors. Also touch up some little areas where paint has peeled off, including repainting an architrave. Paint colour will be sane as existing paint (Antique White USA, white semi gloss).
