Needing 3 sinks and 3 mixer taps fit off. 2 sinks are above mount and 1 is undermount. All set up work has been done but previous plumber is hard to get hold of. Benchtops will be cut and ready. Also drainage for washing machine needs to be completed. Not sure how much should cost so need quotes please

Just moved in, tried setting up washing machine, but both taps are leaking. Was a lot of water on the floor, so can't tell if just the taps or an issue with the machine caused when moving. Need to get laundry done, but time poor, so hopefully someone can help

Recently laid Few laminate floorboards are starting to pop up due to not enough gap left in Scotia area or they have been laid too tight. Its just about 5boards max in the living area. About 6 months ago I cut down a young gum and an established pittosporum. I've cut many of the root structures but don't have the tools/ability to remove the stumps.
