Two small stumps (1x pittosporum, 1x elm) to be removed. Pictures attached. Both have been cut down. Both trees cut closer to ground cut since photos taken. Access to the trees is via a staircase also shown. The elm tree is right up against the fence which may cause an issue. I have 4 small tree stumps in my front garden I need grinded. Access is easy too all of them, two are only 5-10cm diameter, the other two around 10-15cm.
