We have an old weatherboard house with big gaps between skirting and floor boards that gets pretty gusty in winter. Wanting to fill these with cork or something similar to improve insulation. 4 rooms +/- hallway. Materials not supplied.

There is rotten timber at one of the corner joins, which may require quite a bit of filling. After filling, paint the top horizontal timber (about 7.3 metres long x 300mm wide x 45mm deep) both sides of the steps and including the steps. The paint is Taubman’s Monument grey.

Grind and remove two stumps ~50cm in diameter. Green waste can be disposed by owner once stump is out of the ground. Happy to schedule task based on availability and price pending reasonable offers.

Move top 1-2cm of soil in backyard to back right of yard to remove small rocks. Yard is about 250sqm. Move 14.5 tonnes of soil from front yard to backyard and spread evenly, ideally with Bob cat or mini loader.

The circuit breaker on my oven is tripped. It trips immediately. An electrician has checked the circuit breaker and the wiring up to the plug point where it is plugged and that is fine. The issue is with the oven itself.

Existing stairs need to be removed to resolve a waterproofing issue and then have the same stairs replaced once finished

Dorf Manor House taps x 4 in shower and bath. Installed 2009 leaking badly. Also, need to replace lever kitchen tap with an easy install Carona gooseneck lever tap. I am a pensioner in Leichhardt

There are minor chips in the bath tub which needs to be fixed

The hot/cold to sinks in bathrooms/kitchen/laundry don’t have shutoff valves. Need to install these on 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry. This is in an apartment and I don’t think there’s a mains shutoff inside the apartment either. So need this mainly as for safety shutoff in case of any leaks.

Assemble 6 drawers set and 2 x floor lamps

about 3yrs old only used 2 times. did not use for more than 1 year. when started not starting, change the spark plug still not starting.

I just got my floorboards changed and the installers took out and put back the skirting boards. As expected there are dents, scratches on the board and there are gaps between the boards and the wall. I want all the gaps, dents filled and the skirting boards sanded and painted throughout the whole apartment.

* Our old dryer has broken down, so we are replacing both the dryer and the washing machine with a new Bosch washer / dryer combo and Bosch pedestal, which is arriving on Monday 28th October 2024. * In order to fit the new washer/dryer and pedestal, we need to relocate the existing taps, as they protrude from the wall. * Open to suggestions on the best way to do this, but was thinking of either moving them higher, so they are above the new washer / dryer, and/or perhaps using a recessed laundry outlet box (see https://allproof.com.au/product/laundry-outlet-box/) * Also need to assistance to remove the old dryer from the wall fixture (no need to take unit away, that will be done separately). * Also need any gyprock repair done when relocating taps.

A rain water damaged ceiling , collapsed approximately 1 sq meter, need to be repaired.
