One of my bedroom doors needs fixing as it keeps jamming. The door is jamming where the handle is. See abrasion marks in attached photos.whenever I try to close it.

Seeking a local handyman or carpenter to install floor skirting, and seal the gaps under the doors to stop the draft getting in. 3 x outside doors Approx 10m of skirting to blend in with existing skirting. The skirting has not yet been purchased, seeking recommendations. Prefer job to be carried during business hours or weekends, but flexible. Shouldn’t take more than a few hours for the right person with the right tools. Parking onsite. A small family business in Leichhardt Cost only includes labour Parts & materials tbc.

Moved in and bathtub and shower hot/cold taps close (no dripping), but you need to put a lot of force to get them tight. Need to make it more of a normal close (child/elderly wouldn't be able to do it). - Due date: Before Friday, 6 October 2023

Our very elderly shower has a pretty constant leak; presumably the washers need replacing (believe it's both hot and cold water that's leaking). Hopefully pretty straightforward, but the skirts are siliconed on to the tiles good and hard so feels like a problem to get someone else to solve for us so we don't break anything! - Due date: Flexible
