Verandah is approx 8 x 6m. Entire gyprock ceiling has detached from frame. It is currently held up by a prop and the ceiling fan. The gyprock needs to be all pulled down and a new lot put up.

To move fryers and table off the wall to allow space for a new fryer and put the fryers and table back in the same place at the krusty krab seafoods mcdowall fish and chips shop (103 Beckett road Mcdowall QLD 4053) Job will involve stripping and replacement of silicone as the table is connected to the wall with silicone. But the job MAY involve cutting steel metal connected to the wall to be able to move the equipment (see 2nd photo)

There is a noise when walking upstairs toward the bedroom. I need a carpenter or builder to inspect and fix the issue.
