Need help installing New tiles in the Kids playroom which is approximately around 32m2

Need replacement of old taps with new taps already purchased

Old shower arm/head has been removed, new one we have purchased needs to replaced and done correctly with thread tape. There is also a slight leak so perhaps washers need replacing on taps.

I have a converted garage where I run my naturally health clinic. There's a number of gaps between the wall and the floor as well as in the corners and near the windows that i would liek sealed up as I am constantly finding spiderwebs and bugs inside. There are more areas than I have pictured here its just to give an idea of what I mean.
