We need no more gaps done throughout parts of the internal location of the house followed by painting over. Equipment and materials need to be provided (except for paint) and removal of any waste on completion.

Remove 4 palm tree stumps from front yard. Need them to be flush with ground so as can plant garden around and grow over them. One big one has been partially stump ground already. Tricky access so you will need some sort of small stump grinder to get them.

Recently I paid for tree removal but the stumps a sprouting and growing back. I need these killed off for good.

Replace 2 timber steps 2.8 x .5 in hardwood and re nail some deck timber

Require a good plasterer & painter for small ( picture frame) holes in the plaster walls, around the house and paint touch-up. There is one door that needs to have the sticky tape taken off and touched up. Plus another wall that had rope lights attached - now left with sticky tape marks. New sink and taps are to be installed in an existing kitchen I.e. new stone bench - kitchen / waste and taps need to be connected. Tap hole will be pre- drilled Laundry: taps and waste need to be installed / connected. Basin/ sink hole needs to be cut out of a timber bench top. Plus 2 x holes drilled for waste from timber cavity under bench. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 6 October 2023

Grind 4x tree stumps which are currently cut off at ground level and previously poisoned in a raised garden bed in the backyard. A small grinder less than 700mm wide or alpine magnum grinder is required to fit through front door of open plan house because access to backyard is tight down the side of the house and it’s probably better carried through the front door. The photo of the thickest stump (all 4 stumps are 200mm wide or less) and front door access is shown. Due date: Flexible

I need a wasps nest removed from the property asap due to us vacating the property. It is cricket ball sized and contains a queen. Accessible without keys, and we want all remains removed and disposed.

Minor interior wall paint touch ups, fill holes from nails where photos used to be hung, match paint to interior wall paint.

I need two taps to be fixed ASAP. The airtasker needs to get the taps but I will pay for them.
