I’ve got 17 x galvanised UC sleeper posts that require cutting. There are ‘C’, ‘H’, and 90 degree posts. These are to be cut at the specified height and there are to be no burrs. I’ve attached some photos for reference. Method to be noted in submission.

Remove newel posts from the attached brackets & cut brackets flush to ground level and the remainder rust treated. Cut newel posts at both ends to remove any rot, and primed. The handrails & rebated rails to be cut back to remove the worst of the rot & sealed. The galvanised brackets to be reinstalled , affixed to the concrete pad. The posts to be affixed to the handrail & rebated rails & bolted to the brackets using existing bolts. All fixings to be galvanised.

We need three taps to be replaced (one in each bathroom). We will purchase the taps but old ones will need to be removed and new ones fitted. We also need a new sewer cap with concrete surround fitted in the garden (see photo). Flexible on dates. Cheers Emma
