new home needing finishing for front verandah and steps

I need a set of small timber steps and a hand rail installed and attached to an old timber structure (an old church pulpit) in my garden so that my little grandson can climb up into it and play in it like a fort. This structure also needs a floor (maybe chipboard) installing too. I have some leftover hybrid floor planks that could be glued over the floor. I also need hooks adding to the outside of the structure so I can hang plants from it. Some of the openings around the structure need the timber struts strengthening as they are loose.

I’ve added an outdoor bathtub to our back patio with piping to storm water drain. All that’s missing is the hot and cold water taps! Looking for someone to advise on what specific taps are needed (I can purchase) and to come and install hot and cold water taps. Need to replace 2 laundry taps, 1 is Brocken from copper pipe

Hi I need the following plumbing works done please 1. Removal and capping of taps as shown with x's. 2. New water source/taps underneath trough as shown with circles. This is for the new washing machine. Small washing machine taps required and plumber to supply. (Not fussed at what they look like) 3. Stove top gas capping 4. Water outlet and drain capped for kitchen bench. The island bench will be removed in the future (another job). Removal of pipes connecting to dishwasher too, no reconnection needed. We will need connecting of the water outlet and drain, and gas stove in the future, however that is for the future. Thanks.
