Saw or cut down 3 rubber wheel chair Ramps. Cut 150mm off rubber and put in place in door ways Size is 20mm thick and taprrs down to 5mm 900mm wide and 260mm deep CUT 150MM OFF ONE SIDE OF RAMPS. LOOK ON EBAY AND SEARCH 20MM WHEELCHAIR RAMPS FOR A PHOTO.

Electricity keeps tripping on one side of the house, buzzing was heard at main switch and has stopped, no electricity to one side of the house currently

1. Replace rotted timber strips on 2 exterior walls of the house and make waterproof with sealant (see pic 1). Approx dimensions of 2 main horizontal timber strips: L 5.80m; W 6cm (4cm timber strip and 2cm piece with rounded edge that sits on top); D 2cm (see pics 2 & 3). There are also 4 small vertical timber strips (2x approx. L 30cm and 2x L 20cm) at each end of the 2 long horizontal timber strips (see pic 4). 2. Replace timber above a door inside the house that had some water penetration (see pic 5). Roof has already been repaired and water penetration has stopped.

I unattached my washing machine today and the 2 taps have been leaking since. 1 in particular is quite a lot. Looking to fix asap instead of waiting for real estate next week to get to it. I imagine they need new washers, and that it won’t take long to fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. Thank you :)

Need to seal two small gaps - i don’t have silicon or silicon gun

I recently moved house and two beds: -Queen four poster bed -King bed with oversized linen bed head. Could not fit up the staircase. I need a handyman to possibly cut the bed head temporarily in half to fold and carry up stairs (if possible) then cut the four posted wood frame and reassemble upstairs.

Three gaps in flooring need a silicone seal - one between floor and window frame, second between timber floor and entry step & third between laundry tiled floor and adjacent timber floor. Will need to match silicone colour with floor (beige - see photos). Also need new silicone or rubber seal around kitchen sink and bench top - need to match light grey of existing (see photo).

I have 10 tabletops that are currently terrazzo and need them replaced with timber tops.

There are five tree stumps (4 small palm stumps and another) that require removal up to 10cm below ground level

I just got my floorboards changed and the installers took out and put back the skirting boards. As expected there are dents, scratches on the board and there are gaps between the boards and the wall. I want all the gaps, dents filled and the skirting boards sanded and painted throughout the whole apartment.

I have 4 bathroom taps I want to have the washers changed over in as a couple of them have slow drips. But these have the anti-vandal nut in them, and no matter what I try I cannot get them to budge. Have wd-40 spray, include trying with the penetrative spray, gone through a bunch of the metal tap wrenches as they bend. Have also attempted with pliers and got nowhere. So keen to get a plumber to resolve this for me. Whilst there I have another wash basin where I’d be keen to get the washers changed as well but these are the more simple type of taps. Would require washers to be brought too.

Remove old basin taps and replace with identical set.

Tap is not working in the shower. I have bought new set. Need to change the set. Please note the old one is too bad to be used an I need it replaced. I have similar issue with tap in laundry. It does not work properly. Please give you availability in the quote.
