It's brand new so all the boxes are there and the instructions are online. We have plenty of backyard space. A Christmas gift that I physically can't tackle alone.

Need someone to colour match and conduct some minor touch ups to 1 x ceiling and 1 x wall. Have already patched the wall, just needs sanding. Ceiling will need reviewing but hopefully just a sand required.

I have 2 sets of leaking taps in the bathroom (1x basin and 1x bath). Possibly need reseating and maybe replacement? Require an experienced licenced plumber to have a look and quote to fix. Washers have been changed, but didn’t make a difference. Significant leak to basin. Negotiable on price if required.

I have 3x bedrooms that require skirting board installation and a small upstairs landing area prior to painting commencing next week (floor skirtings only). The rooms are relatively small and just looking at a standard primed boards (see attached pics and floor layout showing 3 bedrooms and landing area). Note no boards have been purchased, hoping that whoever quotes can source, deliver and install inclusive of cost. I had added picture of preferred style boards as reference but can be discussed during visit. Painting not required. Qualified joiner or carpenter preferred but a decent handyman who can demonstrate that they have done skirtings before would also be considered.

Certified plumber to install new basin angle taps and Steibel hot water under kitchen sink to existing tap. Angle taps & Steibel valve supplied. Disconnect and cap line of kitchen gas burner. See images.

Synthetic deck needs repairs Some clips broken and need replacing. some loose planks. Underframing support dropped in places and needs repairs. Also want some hinged deck trap doors added to get under deck in 2 areas.
