I have 3x bedrooms that require skirting board installation and a small upstairs landing area prior to painting commencing next week (floor skirtings only). The rooms are relatively small and just looking at a standard primed boards (see attached pics and floor layout showing 3 bedrooms and landing area). Note no boards have been purchased, hoping that whoever quotes can source, deliver and install inclusive of cost. I had added picture of preferred style boards as reference but can be discussed during visit. Painting not required. Qualified joiner or carpenter preferred but a decent handyman who can demonstrate that they have done skirtings before would also be considered.

Waters keeps on dripping from the taps, just trying to stop the leaks.

Certified plumber to install new basin angle taps and Steibel hot water under kitchen sink to existing tap. Angle taps & Steibel valve supplied. Disconnect and cap line of kitchen gas burner. See images.

It also requires pvc junction plumbing for waste water into a hand wash basin drain.( roughly 1m in length- a pvc pipe linked to hand wash basin waste water pipe.
