Seeking removal and stump grubbing of nine (9) cyprus trees (green waste removed too please), per photos. In front of Verandah, in front of front window, and on fence line (East Boundary fence). Photos attached for reference.

2 loose taps that move around when turning on and off :) one in kitchen and one in bathroom.

Have an outdoor sink that I need moved in order to have new aircon units installed. It either needs to be moved slightly to the left of its current location, or failing being able to do that, removed entirely. Access to under the deck is limited without removing planks.

Leaking shower head and leaking bath tap. Needs fixing. Pictures attached of type.

PLUMBER NEEDED. Updated task details: Tried to fix this myself and absolutely hating life. I give up. It is glass of wine time. Bought a new set of taps and a tap repair kit from Bunnings. Bought a tap spanner set but can't get the recessed brass bit loosened *at all*. See 2nd last pic. Need someone to come and finish the job. You will likely need a very good tap spanner / tube spanner set to get this thing to budge. Or just have better muscles and more leverage than me, or be good at enchanting objects, I don't know. Located in Preston on High St - please help. I have work in hospitality all Friday and across the weekend and I desperately need to have the water back on in my apartment to do washing.

Require some paint chips on the windowsill at my old sharehouse repaired in matching colour. Must be done so I can retain my bond. Looking for a quick cheap job, nothing fancy. Will need to supply your own paint. Only the chips seen in photo on the one side of one window. 2nd time posting as the agent is stuffing me around.

Looking for a qualified plumber to take out old shower head and taps, replace with new ones.

I have a bathroom sink and kitchen sink that require their mixers replaced. There is no issue with the functionality of the tap itself. The bathroom mixer’s lever has broken off. The kitchen mixer is being replaced so it can have an extender.

Tap is leaking in bathroom. I’ve replaced the O-Ring, Seal and Valve and it’s still leaking. Presuming it could be the seat? There’s also a small leak from the piping that needs to be addressed. Need it done this weekend.

Require help to fix gaps on roof soffit/fascia which has caused water to get into roof cavity. Please see picture for the gaps. The house is single storey. Flexible with date and time.

The 3 stumps have already been prepped. They have no soil around them and have been dug away exposing the stumps
