I’ve just bought a property which I’m renting out and I wanted to get someone to do some basic cleaning up of the walls Taking down a couple of floating shelves and just patching and painting in places

We have some lamps that need the electrical components attached. We have the lamp holders and switches but need the electrical cord and plugs supplied. This would be additional to the job budget.

Needing Workstation table tops screwed onto office desk frames. Can be paid hourly.

Need a plumber to replace a set of shower taps and change washers of vanity leaking tap. I will supply the shower taps set

I recently had a new fence installed but the fencer has left a gap. I need another timber sleeper/plinth under the existing fence line to fill the gap. Each section is approximately 2200mm in length. I need some shower taps replaced as the old ones leak, I have the replacement hardware, this is like for like (picture included) and an outside tap that needs investigating as it makes a loud shrieking sound when turned on.

Bathrooms taps are leaking and likely need washers replace but I've been unable to unscrew myself. Quick and easy job

I have cut the branches off 2 Lillypillys and the third is a tall stump. The other three stumps to be cut to the ground are 2 x lemon scented tea trees and 1 x NZ Christmas bush.

My wardrobe collapsed due to weight of clothes. I will require someone to measure the broken rod, buy a rod from Bunnings or elsewhere (reimbursed of course) and install it in my built in wardrobe.

Replace valve only on the second vanity basin (new tap and valve are already provided). 3.
