Need all Tree stumps removed and the garden cleaned out

I would like 2 shrubbery stumps pulled from the ground please.

Remove and dispose of 4-5 yucca stumps of various sizes. They have been cut back.

Had paintings hanging with command strips that unfortunately caused some damage to the paint upon removing. If someone can patch them up theres about 10 mini patches all up majority in main bedroom and 3 in kitchen. I tried to paint with a white pen over most of them to make them less noticeable for now.

- Poison tree stump and monstera roots. - Complete removal of monstera plant (there are a lot of roots), removal of palm tree, and removal of existing poisoned tree stump. - Removal of dead soil/rocks from rear courtyard. There is no rear access, so could be tricky to take through the house. The house is tiled, so would be an easier clean than most. - All of the waste to be taken away. We are after only someone who has their own insurance, ABN, preferably qualified or with extensive experience. Thank you!

Needed to change two taps

Old shower taps need replacing. Do not have replacement parts. Not fussed on what they are replaced with as old bathroom.

Two tree stumps to remove. Below level and one has some roots as well exposer i would like removed. One is pretty low already and 1300mm wide. The other is about 700mm wide but has some roots as well. Services not an issue and plenty of access as well

There are some older taps that are leaking constantly. Looking for someone to have a look and fix, or replace (if need be). I have no experience doing this and if there are rust or complications I’m afraid I’ll make it worse.

Hi there, we urgently need a plumber to come and fix a leaking tap which we believe is happening behind the wall of the laundry taps - the photos attached show that behind the wall, it's definitely leaking. We went under the house and saw it dripping despite the taps being turned off. I know tomorrow is Good Friday (how's this for timing!) but would love someone to come and fix it, do whatever is required i.e. cut/drill into the wall etc to fix it. Not sure what the cost would be, so please put a proposal forward. Thanks!
