Find a local console repairer in Seddon West

Looking for an experienced hand to replace 2 x kitchen bench tops and 1 x small bathroom bench top. These timber ones were installed 2 years ago unfortunately now are starting to collect mould. We are looking to replace them with a more solid solution such as the sample picture attached. We are open to solutions and want to team up with someone experienced that can guide us through the process. Kitchen bench measurements L 173cm (left bench) x L 210cm (Right bench) W 60cm (both benches from wall) Bathroom bench measurements 76 L x 50 W Measurements are approximate and would need a proper measure up with a qualified installer when job proceeds.

We have two lamps that are playing up depending on how their wires are positioned they need to be fixed

Its is a older wooden wardrobe that doesn't quite fit the stairs, i have removed the doors but it will need to be taken apart. It appears to be nailed/stapled together, it will need to be re-assembled upstairs.

I have 3 fairly old taps which need new washers. I attempted the job myself but the taps are very tightly screwed and required a larger toolkit to unscrew, hence why I'm seeking some assistance. I will supply the washers. - Due date: Flexible
