We have 2 x palms and 7 x yuccas that were lopped / chopped down almost 12 months ago. The stumps were poisoned and we were told to leave them for about minimum of 9 months before having them ground / removed. The yuccas have been sprouting again during the last couple of months. The palms and 5 of the yucca stumps are in a raised bed which is open on one side (used to be a fence there - since removed). Along the boundary fence are a two larger yucca stumps - need to be careful not to damage an above ground PVC rainwater pipe. We’re looking to get all of the stumps ground /removed to ground level. In future we’re planning to reduce the size of the raised bed so this might determine how those stumps need to be removed. Have a few broken steps on outdoor concrete steps. Looking for someone to removed three top steps, form up and pour new concrete with reinforcement and oxide colour to match existing steps or if not oxidising paint the stairs so that they match. Remove all waste.

Job would suit a handyperson with own tools/ladder. Fix 2 leaking taps and replace LED lightbulbs. Quote to include looking at the taps/lights, cost of light bulbs and anything needed for the taps, and installation. There are two different LED types, some have fine pin type prongs & most are the larger plug type. The leaking laundry tap is a mixer. The front garden tap leaks at the rubber seal.
