We have gaps around one of our windows, which needs to be sealed. Our bathroom hand towel rails need to be tightened up, and the shower door seal need replacing. I think there are two or three other tasks around the house, in addition to these, so probably just need an hourly rate and availability, plus minimum call out time.

Change taps for both bathroom sink basin and bathtub. I have already bought 2x sets of taps. Just need someone to install them.
