I'm fixing up a property so it's ready to rent out. The painting work includes: 1. repainting bathroom ceiling boards, preferably with something that'll resist mold in a bathroom. The boards may need to be sandpapered first. 2. touching up a door 3. painting over some recently repaired wall around a water tank 4. touching up skirting 5. fixing any paint chips around the apartment that you think are worth the time and cost I do not have matching paint. I need someone to colour match and repaint a few paint chips around the house before the lease ends next Sunday. There are probably about 6 different chips, most of them very small, but the biggest would be 4cm x 20cm.

I need someone to quote on extending the width of two internal concrete steps (see bottom two treads on photo) so that the entry / exit to the flight of stairs is turned 90 degrees. Job will involve creating braces for the steps and ensuring new concrete is properly attached to existing steps. Floor base is concrete.
