We are preparing house for rental. We have some areas of the walls and skirting boards that require touch ups. There is also one wall (4m * 2m) that has been re plastered and requires primer and paint.

* fix 4x leaky and very hard to turn off full turn taps in bathroom. Currently, when tap is off, water still drips from faucet / shower (related to each set of 2x taps) * re-attach 1x tap fitting cover that has come a bit loose * re-glue and adequately support collapsed undermount sink in kitchen. Waterproof with silicone as required. Use no-drill sink clips as required. Sink sits in ceaserstone bench so drilling not recommended. * Supply all required materials * Located in apartment in walk-up apartment building

I need some paint touch ups done in my bedroom before my end of lease.

Need a pair of vintage lamps re wired

The wooden base of the chair needs to be repaired using dowels, sandpaper, glue and long clamps. We have the dowels, glue and sandpaper but no long clamps.

There are a few paint chips in the wall from a lamp and headboard stoppers. Will require paint as there is no spare paint.

Some Ridge caps need rebedding , and repointing, some basic sealing to be done for any potentially problematic cracks

My outdoor shower has a slow leak. The taps need the washers changed. They are juts standard outdoor taps (see photo).

Need a ceiling fan installed to small room. Temple and Webster fan has all instructions. Wiring ready to go, just needs attaching and set up. Also need two ceiling pendant lamps attached to two different rooms.

We need some assistance to weld the screw back into the frame so that it is stable (see attached photos). We think it should be a quick job to weld it in but otherwise if welding does not work, some strong glue could work.

When the taps are turned completely closed, they leak. Needs more than plumbers tape.
