We are looking to vacate our rental property in Kingsford NSW and are looking for a painter / handyman to attend the property, match the paint and help to repair the dings / stratches to primarily skirting boards that have developed over the years. Photos attached for an example of the the type of chips, etc. Actual work required would be less than an hour, but appreciate time required to attend property / head to Bunnings and match paint. Looking at approx $50/hr

Install new twin shower head (back plate and shower head supplied) 3. Remove two rusted basin taps 4. Cut down old copper wall pipes 5. Install wall stops (stop cocks and flanges supplied) 6. Install new basin mixer tap (supplied). You’ll need to bring your own tools and may need to supply incidental materials eg. plumbers tape, connectors for pipes/stops, etc. I might ask some questions/advice about possible additional work - potential for future jobs down the track. When the taps are turned completely closed, they leak. Needs more than plumbers tape.

2 new taps put on in my bathroom

The washer dryer was installed in the apartment and it seems to be vibrating. We do not have the tools to level it. It might need to be taken out, levelled and then put back in. Someone who has experience should take less than 30 mins to do this task. It is a new washer-dryer. Need someone who can fix the issue. Open to times as I know it is a small task and could be done when you are in the area.

Cut and fit kitchen bench tops. See photos. I’ll buy 3 x 2.2m lengths from Bunnings. You’ll need to cut to size and cut space for a sink. And fit the bench tops. Seal edges on completion
