Replace 3 steps on staircase. I have the steps

Need new taps for shower and vanity installed. Also new vanity and mirror installed. Hand rail and toilet paper holder. All items are all ready on site and old vanity is out. I have another bathroom to do the following week , so extra work if this goes well.

I need 3 steps replaces in my staircase. They are wood, I have the wood, I just need the old ones removed and the new ones attached.

I have started a DIY project - build concrete stairs up on the side of the house. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to complete the job. Required: Remove some soil to make room for the steps. Pour 4-5 steps. Pave the whole 9 steps with brick.

I have ~15 medium tree stumps that need to be dug up/grinded down/removed from my garden. There is tight access in some cases - less than 500mm and stairs that need to be navigated down to the backyard and the stumps are on tiered terracing.

I have a new kaboodle benchtop that I need installing in my galley kitchen. I need someone to cut space for the sink and also the electric stove top. Dimensions are one side 3475 x 600, other side 1500x600. I’m flexible on days, there is normally someone working from home so we’ll just align that to make sure someone is home. Hang 14 pictures and 1 large mirror in various rooms of our house 6 are small 4 are medium sized 4 are large Plus the large mirror 12 pictures are to be mounted with 3m strips - the picture side already has the strips attached and we have all the strips for the wall side too. Other 2 pictures and the mirror will need screws drilled into the wall to hang (both masonry and drywall). I have screws that can be used.

The hot tap in my shower is not working - we need to turn it so many times to get water to come out that the tap is almost screwed off. I think it needs replacing. I will purchase a new set of taps

Install new tap set in bathroom basin, change washer in Kitchen tap - when you turn off the tap, a bit of water keeps coming out after. Pictures include taps to change out, new taps to install and kitchen tap Can be completed 1st October or 4th October.

Two stumps need grinding. One is easy enough to get to with no steps. Second is up two lots of three steps. Tightest access point is ~1m wide.

I have built a sandstone block retaining wall and want to build some temporary timber steps and landing decks. The plan is to use steel stringers ( see photo as an example). Concrete footings will need to be dug for steps and landing / deck areas, I will supply all materials. There will be 2 sets of steps plus a couple of landings. Happy to discuss best way to complete with you. You must be able to demonstrate your experience. Will pay $60 per hour.

I'm looking for a skilled painter to help touch up skirting boards where the paint has split (approx 5 walls), a few door frames and fix a few dings on walls. I have the paint, just not the painting skills. I'd suggest it's a 1/2 day job. Thanks!

Need decks cleaned, sanded and painted ( two minor repairs to broken boards).8 steps in total. It was painted with white stain in 2020 but needs refreshing now. See pics
