Find a local console repairer in TAS

Install 7 transition strips total. Strips are between wood floor and carpet (4), wood floor and tile (2), wood floor and concrete (1). One strip is between the kitchen tiles and wood floor in the living area and is approx 4m wide. Looking for a quote that includes materials. Happy to organise a viewing to measure etc. Photos show floor plan and yellow is where the transition strips are needed.

Need steps from decking to lawn area approximately 4 long steps

Some finishing touches done to a house. A gate has been knocked off, will need a coded padlock added. A power board installed for laundry. Add a TV aerial and the little floor clips to keep it safe. Screw in a kitchen cupboard door.

We would need a skid-steer and chipper, no need for a truck to collect the chips. Chips can drop where they fall. Two workers with equipment over two days should do the job.

We have a exhaust fan in our commercial kitchen, initially power switch for that exhaust fan was in the kitchen, last year other electrician, moved that power switch to upstairs on first floor. (there is switch board upstairs as well), no we want to change that power switch again downstairs in kitchen.

Fix leaky taps in bathroom

So… I am in the need of assistance, I have a kitchen faucet that has been leaking from a hole in the weirdest spot ( half way down the faucet, there is little hole not near the base or where the water comes out). I purchased a new faucet and new tapware for my shower and bath and I could possibly change it but I don’t know where the water shut off valve is.. Ideally looking for someone with the expertise to do these for me Any help would be appreciated
