My power keeps tripping even with minimal things plugged in

I am essentially looking for a carpenter and a plumber. I want to replace my bathroom countertop and sink, the new countertop would need fixed in the same location as the current. The new sink would be installed in the same location as the current, I also need the cupboard below brought forward to match the washing machine. Ideally I’d like to keep the drainage under the sink exactly as it is now. I’d also like an open shelf installed above the mirror. I will source all the materials. I recognise I may need a plumber in conjunction with a carpenter and can organise this . Please refer to pics , local is Thornbury near Pender park

Filling cracks and preparing for painting

Need to refit the seal on a simpson front loading washing machine. it came loose during cleaning and now washing machine is leaking. Properly refitting should fix the problem - if it does not we can reassess the job. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 7 January 2024

Kitchen benchtops are sticky in places and need (I think) cleaning right back with meth spirits, then a light sand, fresh stain and a new coat of varnish. Could suit carpenter apprentice. About 4.5 m in total length, 60cm deep. Total area is less due to stove and sink area. Flexible with dates. By 11 Jan is ideal but later no problem. - Due date: Flexible

Shower recess taps leaking when turned on. Shower recess taps are not sealed through the tile penetrations and need to be sealed to avoid water ingress into the wall cavity. Basin spout needs to be sealed at base to stop leakage. Flexible on time but sooner the better - thanks - Due date: Flexible
