Letter box in wood has fallen apart . Need a new one built on site

1) Fix a damaged manhole outside the house including paint and flushing (waterproofing) 2) Fill gaps around the vent/duct machine using mesh wire or foam.

The taps in my kitchen need to be tightened really hard in order for no water to come out of the tap. If you could advise how to fix and if you think I should get lever taps instead. Also note I believe the plumber who installed these said he needed an adapter or extension as the taps in deep in the wall. Let me know Please detail this in your quote.
