I'd like to give Vidhin a 6 star if i can, reason is simple : double the work, half the price. Vidhin's service was outstanding, he recovered over 30GB of lost data which have been missing from my hard drive for over a year. He even picked up and dropped off the hard drive for my convenience. He is honest and patient, easy to communicate with. He provided a very reasonable price compare with other data recovery services but his performance was very satisfying. The transfer for my WhatsApp data keeps failing when I do import from iPhone 11 to a new Google Pixel 9 pro. Data and history still lives on the iPhone - doing it the traditional way - it stalls at 94% and sends an error message - import failed.

I have a 2.5" WD scorpio blue hard drive that has some data on it that I don't want lost but the actuator arm that reads the head has stopped functioning. I have attempted to install a new actuator arm from an identical donor drive but I damaged the new one while trying to put it in. I can supply another donor drive and also a hard disk to copy to I would just like someone with a bit more experience positioning it and testing it so I don't completely ruin it. I've listed the task in Clifton Hill but I'm happy to come to you. I've also managed my expectations of this not working out so the price will be for the first inspection/ diagnosis/ attempt at fixing then you can quote me a price for successful recovery of the data. The drive has been opened but has been put back together and kept contained since first repair attempt. Thanks, Jackson
