Looking for a caulker for a project in Blakehurst, roughly 150m to caulk. Needs to be completed in 1 full day.

Newly built apartment included a built in ‘study’ desk that is attached to the wall. I would like it removed and the wall restored/repainted after it is removed. Will provide paint but require someone who has the remaining necessary equipment. Approx 2 meters long. It is affixed by screwed supports as well as glued and caulked so I’m expecting it won’t come off without some damage to the paint/drywall. Note: thank you in advance for your replies - I will not get back to you immediately as I’m out and about this week but will get back over the weekend once I’ve discussed offers and timing with Partner - this will likely not be needed until July / August.

Kitchen and laundry need primer. Small balcony floor to be painted too. Limited prep work required. All white. No architraves or skirting, just standard concave cornice. All white. Brand is cost effective but feel free to also quote Dulux Wash and Wear. Need quote tomorrow but don’t need job done until June. Quote must be In-line with prices in the area to be considered. Need to get a new deck sweeped and cleaned with water and possibly soap as construction dust has settled everywhere on it, gaps of deck to be cleaned out of the small trimmings. Adhesive residue to be cleaned off. Basically make the deck and finer details look new.

Hole in gyprock needs to be patched and painted

I need help with painting touchups in a couple of office walls where the paint was slightly scratched behind the chairs. Not large areas so I thought some painting touchups will be fine (instead of repainting the whole walls). The affected areas are about 1 sqm in 1 room and a couple of scratches of about 20cm in the other room. I have uploaded the pictures, as the scratches very minor so it may be hard to see clearly in the photos. The colour is Berkshire white. I’ve moved the day for the task to Friday 12/4 morning.

Paint walls for small two bedroom granny flat

Need to patch up a hole in the wall approximately 38cm W x 43cm L Needs new gypbrock, plaster amd sanding down. We will take care of the painting.

We need the paint removed from these sections of the parking lot. Probably needs sanding and grinding as we’ve tried paint stripper and it didn’t work.
