*** TASK PAUSED*** more updates next week. Small laundry and toilet to patch and paint, generally freshen up. Can supply the paint etc. Most of the walls are tiled, the majority of the work is the patching and painting of the cornices and ceilings. The building moves a bit so there’s a crack or two to fill. Not a huge job, the laundry measures 1.4m x 1.7m, and the toilet is 0.8m x 1.7m. Located in Northcote. There may be more follow up work, but let’s start with the laundry and toilet. NOTE: Just walls and ceilings, no doors, architraves, etc. Also, prefer Mondays or Tuesdays. Cannot do weekends sorry.

Prepare and sand two rooms. One room is recycled timber which I think is beautiful and I am awake some of the marks won’t come out. It was previously in a workshop in an old warehouse. 5 m X 6 m The second room has an oil stain on it. Please sand this out as much as possible. Tassy oak 1.4 x 2.8 Please seal in standard semi gloss polyurethane

Prime (1 coat) and paint (1 coat) 16 wardrobe doors, on both sides plus edges. 8 x tall lower doors, dimensions 48x235cm 8 x small upper doors, dimensions 48x80cm The doors are new laminate. 18mm thick. Currently white on both sides with a raw edge. Will be painted dark grey. You could uninstall the doors first then re-install them, or paint them as they are (kept installed). We will empty the wardrobes in advance. Painting will be done onsite. If you order to remove the doors first, painting would be done outdoors in our driveway (partly covered). We will supply primer and paint.

there is some water damage to the eaves as can be seen by the pictures. i need this to be scraped off then base and top coated. will also require it to be sanded and painted. i also have some skirtings inside that need painting to match the current skirts. - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 January 2024 - Due date: Before Friday, 9 February 2024

Looking for a plasterer to stop up, square set, base coat cement sheet & sand our new bathroom renovation. The bathroom is half painted plaster & half tiled. Painting the facade of our property. - Due date: Flexible

We require someone go come and paint our bathroom. This includes filling in, sanding and anything else to prepare the room before painting. Included will be an adjoining toilet. The paint will be mold resistant on the ceiling as we have little ventilation. The bathroom is relatively small as there are tiles around the rest of the wall however with the toilet it will be a standard size bathroom.
