Decks need varnishing, and wooden panels on entrance wall outside need varnish

We have put a roof over our back deck and need a handyman/carpenter to help us with the floorboards. The nails are slightly raised and need to be punched in. We need to sand and then stain deck (2 coats) - 28 sqm

I need flashing put outside a big picture window. I need the damaged timber inside the window frame repaired. I also need flashing put underneath the deck to stop water coming in above the back door.

Pool/deck area certified, has been built by a certified builder to all requirements. Built to Council approved plans. Got 100s of photos to prove it. Only reason is the certifier who was booked in to do it hasn’t replied since Christmas. Easy job just sick of waiting

A rubber/plastic mat has left a mark on a deck. I think with the right solvent/cleaning product and a scraper it should be easy to remove. Must be able to send a quote including your ABN.

Deck and stairs need re-oiling at apartment. Stairs are 3 flights.

Replace 3 sections of decking boards. 2 have been removed. Spare boards and nails supplied. Job: remove one more section of decking boards. Replace with boards supplied but needs to be cut to the exact length.

Need someone with all the right tools to come and remove the remaining putter frame of an old deck on a garden bed. Will not take someone who has the right tools long at all. You do NOT need to dispose of the timber :)

I have a number of decks (4) that need a re coating of sikkens decking. I have 160m2 in total around our home in car port, around pool and around our 2 story home. You will need to bring your own applicators. I have given the deck a good wash. I have the sikkens Cetol Deck here for 1 x coat, will need 2 coats around pool and exposed stairs near carport. Would prefer someone experienced to ensure a smooth and clean job. Updated pics attached. Already washed/cleaned and ready to start!
