Repair damaged section on exterior deck ceiling caused by a roof leak that was repaired months ago (so area is dry). Also need a section of cornice (provided) refitted and associated caulking to cornice area. Matched painting of area preferred but not essential.

10.5 inches by 4 inches of wood rot on our back deck. Replace this section of the small area of the deck. Needs replacing. Larger post is fine.

Pickup of Materials: • Collect pre-paid decking from Bunnings: 140 x 19mm SpecRite Merbau Pre-Oiled Decking - Random Lengths. • Confirm pick-up details with me prior to collection. • Transport decking materials to the house in Bardon. 2. Replacement of Decking Boards: • Replace the rotten decking boards located on the left-hand side of the deck, as indicated in the provided photograph. • Carefully remove the old, rotten boards to avoid damage to the existing deck structure. • Install the new timber decking, ensuring secure fastening and alignment with the existing structure for aesthetic continuity. 3. Disposal of Old Boards: • Remove all old, rotten timber boards from the property. • Dispose of the old boards responsibly at an appropriate facility. Materials Provided: • Decking boards (140 x 19mm SpecRite Merbau Pre-Oiled Decking - Random Lengths). • Decking screws will be supplied. Requirements: • Required to bring your own tools for the job. • Use appropriate tools and techniques for removal and installation to ensure no damage to the deck structure. • Ensure the new boards are securely fastened and aligned properly. • Leave the site clean and tidy upon completion of the work. Additional Notes: • The pre-oiled decking boards are ready for installation but should be inspected upon pick-up to ensure no defects.

Need a 78m2 Composite deck constructed on concreted area, relatively flat area need 90x45mm timber joist to make even with floor area

I have a number of decks (4) that need a re coating of sikkens decking. I have 160m2 in total around our home in car port, around pool and around our 2 story home. You will need to bring your own applicators. I have given the deck a good wash. I have the sikkens Cetol Deck here for 1 x coat, will need 2 coats around pool and exposed stairs near carport. Would prefer someone experienced to ensure a smooth and clean job. Updated pics attached. Already washed/cleaned and ready to start!

Engineering for a second storey deck. DA already approved

Adding to a house a kit double carport with engineering plan and back deck 7 by 3 with roof . No building plan available only site plan. Need someone in person to come to the property to take measurements .

Three main areas. Area 1 front enterance approx. 7m × 2m. Area 2 front pathway appox. 5m x 2m. Area 3 back deck approx. 12m x 7m.

I need someone to pull down/demolish a deck extension. Also need the balustrade on the top removed and reinstalled on the new deck edge. All materials to be just laid neatly and left on site. Two new deck posts to be cut at the base.
