I need two bedroom doors in my apartment trimmed as the carpet is being installed today and they have told me it is too thick for the doors to close. They are already off the hinges. Only a small trim is required. Keen to get them done later today but can do Thursday/Friday if needed.

The room (~4x3m) has a chipboard cladding over the VJs. I would like the chipboard removed please. It is nailed in and fairly easy to remove by just pulling (no glue that we can see so far) however it pulls through the nails. The skirting boards and some trim will have to be removed as well as well as the nails. Rubbish can be left behind, we're happy to clean it all up.

I have mostly completed the install of vinyl plank flooring in my 1 bed apartment, there’s just one side edge of the living room and a bit of the bedroom left, I barely have time so would love to get some help getting it done this week.

I do need this completing as early as possible in the morning on that Wednesday and I will also need a receipt for both carpet clean and pest spray to show my real estate We do have guest parking available for 4 hours that is free of charge.
