We want someone for deck maintenance, to coat an area of about 25 sq m with sealer. We will supply water-based sealer. The best time is Sunday 24 November after 11 am or any time Monday 25 November.

Looking for someone to build a pool deck on one side of my above ground pool. It’s for approx 5x3 space will need stairs built as pool is raised and wood like decking in line with pool. I want someone to suppy an internal deck. It will be 1.5 or 1.55 metre from the floor level and is about 2.3 metre long and 2.1 metre wide. The bed has been dismantled. The decking will be there instead of the bed. It will be elevated, about 1.55m high supported by posts. Pillars and beams go round where the bed is and decking on top.It will be covered on two sides by ply or similar materials with a door. Steps would also be necessary for access to the top of the deck. Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Decks need sanding back to bare wood. Repairs have recently been done and I need the older boards sanded and oiled to match with the newer boards (as close as possible). Decking is narrow Jarrah boards with screws - approx 18-20 sqm In the pictures, only the flat, under cover sections of deck need sanding - not the stairs or outside edges.
