Hi, we need our front deck/door step to be sanded and stained. Was going to do myself but just haven't got the time to get round to it.

Extend existing external decking to match, plus build new separate smaller decking to proposed new addition to private residence. (Refer attached plans and photos) - Deck 1 : extend existing to match (approx. 15sqm) plus 3 steps - Deck 2: new external landing to laundry (1.2 sqm), plus 3 steps - include new stump footings and frame for both decks (FFL 500 above ground) - include cost of materials and labour - decking timber to match existing timber decking (200x75x2400 cypress pine or hardwood) - galv. Batten screw fixings to match existing - Timing: during April 2025

I have a small deck needing to be sanded back and then a coat of sealant or oil on doesn't need to be super super perfect as we are selling the house. Just a good job.

Provide and Install a self timer watering/irrigation system to enable watering of pots located on a deck area.

I have started painting the deck with Aquadeck and need some help to finish it. Happy to go with an hourly rate. I will supply all materials.

Need to lay decking in an area next to the patio. The deck will be installed over an existing garden bed and will be a little elevated (from the patio) so that we can use the existing retaining wall. The deck will be used to install a barbeque. Materials to be provided post consultation.

Stain deck. One coat for undercover area and 2-3 coats for open area. About 50% split. I have stain and equipment.

We have an umbrella which is bolted into our deck. Screws have rusted and I can’t get them to move. You will need to remove the umbrella and the base plate, and then take them to the local tip where I have a voucher which can be used. (Alternatively you are welcome to keep it, but it needs repairs). Tip is a short drive from here. There are 4 bolts you will need to drill into and remove. You will need a Ute or wagon (ie something big enough to take the umbrella) and the required tools

We have a deck approx 70 sqm with 2 large steps. We need the deck pressure washed, deep cleaned and then 2 coats of water based deck stain applied. Deck stain will be provided. You need cleaning and staining tools. We want the deck throughly cleaned, dried and 3 coats applied for a professional finish. This job will need to be done over 2-3 sessions likely. We need the job done by Christmas. Budget for labour cleaning materials and painting tools. The paint will be provided. Timber is merbau and approximately 3 years old.

I need someone to sand back, Oil, Polish and clean approx 9m x 2.5m of decking and hand rail. Will need you to provide all tools and products, once finished need you to put furniture back together

The job: paint the front and back decking including stairs, Pressure wash and chemical wash, 2 x coats of Cabot's timbercolour paint in Woodland grey or Monument color. *The back deck, including the stairs is approx 40sqm and the front is 10sqm All the equipment/materials (chemical wash product and paint) should be provided by the handyman. ***My Offer is $900***
