Hi guys, I'm looking for someone to set-up a bunch of low voltage property lighting. Keen to find someone who is flexible, fast working and has an eye for what will look good. A lot of the lights I already have, others I will work with you on to select and source. Not looking for a fixed price quote, just want to find someone who can work on a day rate. As we're out at Glenorie I will always make sure you have a full day of work so it's worth the travel to get here. We are near Glenorie village and having your own car/transport is essential. It is not easy to describe the work, it's much easier to walk you around and explain what I'd like to do. It's likely to be multiple full days, possibly a week. We can break it down into discrete/separate projects. The projects are as follows: - Install deck lighting - Install tree uplighting - Install roadside lighting - Install a wide range of solar lights - Install some rock uplighting - Install some tree wrapping lights - Install entrance lights - Install garden bed lights - Install lights in/around some sheds It's all low voltage work so electrician not required. There are also other projects for the right kind of person, including set-up of sprinkler systems, some animal automation/tech products, general water system etc. Multiple weeks of work available for the right skill and attitude. Hard worker who can focus and move fast is essential. Rate proposed is for a day rate, in chunks of no less than one full day so it's worth the travel. Multiple days very likely.

Need nails from deck removed and replaced with decking screws. Don’t have time free to complete myself. Would like you to supply decking screws as well. Any colour is fine. Most of the nails have already lifted so should be easier to remove There is a total of 27 rows of screws and 42 screws per row

Need our deck oiled. 2 coats with time to dry in-between (approx 2-3 hours) Details are 10m long × 2m wide x 2m high plus 3 sides and 7 steps in total. Ideally start early in the morning and on a sunny day so deck dries faster. Person needs to lay tape around perimeter for protection. All supplies will be provided (brushes, decking oil, tape, tarp etc) Approx 6 hours in total

Clean medium size wooden deck and small, tiled patio with water and scrub down with bristle brush. Water available on site. Bring your own bristle brush. Windows to be cleaned with water and squeegeed dry. Metal fence to be washed with water and soft brush - bring your own brush. Eaves to be cleaned by hand using a soft brush and cobwebs cleared. Cleanup uneven deck edging and install two panels. Panels are already supplied.

An area of 4 sqm of decking needs to be repaired. Some under structure joists have failed over time. These need to be replaced and decking re-set.

Need someone to lightly sand a deck which is 5.5m x 5 metres so it’s prepared for a new stain

Hi, we’re looking for someone to help us finish the flooring on our small apartment balcony in Roseville. The balcony is 3m x 1.5m, and we’ve already laid most of the Decko composite tiles. There are a few gaps around the edges that need to be filled with tiles cut to fit, following the existing alternating pattern. What’s Involved: 1. Measure the gaps around the edges of the balcony. 2. Cut the Decko composite tiles (we’ll provide the tiles). 3. Fit and install the cut tiles neatly for a polished finish. Additional Info: • It’s a small job for an apartment balcony. • We have a garage with a PowerPoint you can use for cutting the tiles. • You’ll need to bring your own tools (e.g., a jigsaw or similar cutting tools suitable for composite material). I need to grind down an old pebblecrete deck, 4.8m x 6.1m. Pebblecrete is old and crumbly in places but otherwise pretty solid. Some steps on the edges. Need to get it down to smooth concrete. Need to protect glass sliding door on one side. Price to include Airtasker fee.
