Need a tasker to clean, sand and/or strip a few areas with more wear and then stain our merbau decking. We have the products already purchased - cleaner, stain and application tools for use, except decent large area sanding option. Task is majority labour and own tools for sanding. Photos attached. Sand & apply 2 coats of clear sealer to solid black butt timber deck - Deck size 8 x 8 metres. Sealer supplied by us.

Need a handyman to carefully unscrew screws from a 5m x 5m deck. Screws need to be removed carefully and timber planks stacked as they will be relaid later. You will need the right drill bit for the screws.

A small deck needs to be replaced (roughly 13m2) to get ready to sell house.

We would like to get the poolside deck and retaining wall sanded and restained. You will need your own tools, stain etc. we are seeking a professional who has done this type of job before. Your profile should have before and after images of other such jobs and reviews.

We have a sliding door that kinda had it. The wheels are busted and fairly outdated. The bottom rail is a goner. I'd like someone very capable with attention to details to come out and quote for removal and disposal of old sliding door and the installation of a new sliding door whilst on site. Ultimately looking at getting the door replaced by Thursday if possible.
