Our timber pool decking was last painted 3 years ago and needs further attention. Some shaded areas are moldy and this needs to be cleaned up before painting. The backyard pool is quite large so the decking is quite extensive.

Clean 100m2 of composite decking. Pressure washer unable to be used unless turned on very low due to composite nature of deck. Has black marks from furniture etc that need to be removed as part of it. All items on deck will be removed prior so deck will be ready to go. Last time it took about 4 hours (using scrubbing). Need couple of joints under the deck to be replaced. The top of the joints has become soft so that the nails do not hold. Will need to take out some of the decking to get in and remove and replace the old joists and put in new decking on top. Decking will be supplied. - Due date: Flexible
