Replace old decking board/boards with a new one the bottom one is corroded and needs to be replaced we don’t want to put new boards on corroded wood. Happy to negotiate price depending on job and we can get what you need to do the job we’re just looking for someone who is experienced.

Deck needs sanding and recoating

Replace timber ramp to deck. Ramp is approximately 2.5 metres long and rises about half a metre. Ramp also has hand rail. Current ramp has different grades along the length but replacement can be all one grade. Prefer matching style to the existing deck. Decking requires light sand, 2 coats of oil and potential replacement of a few warped boards. Alternately it may be possible to refix these boards to the joists below and flatten them out where they’ve bowed. Joists below are in good condition.

We are looking for someone who is handy with tools, knows how to take direction and is able to follow instruction but work independently. Experience with fencing and decking preferred — but all rounders skilled with using tools also welcome. You are an extra set of hands to the engineer putting up the flatpack cabin and carpenter building the deck and fence. Quote is for 6 hours work.
