I would like to demolish two bathrooms which are under 15sqm, and have been concreted to the balcony. I'd like to revert the balcony back to it's original state/levelled balcony. This would require cutting the concrete instead of using a jackhammer to avoid splitting the balcony Feel free to provide your own quote.

I have a trailer ready to be filled all you need is a small jack hammer to finish the job. One wall of tiles has been done will update photo shortly. 2 parts to this job. First job is removal of corrugated iron sheets that have bee used as formwork for old veranda slab. the full area is exposed and the sheets need to be carefully cut through and pulled down the sheets are each about 2meters long and 750 wide and are over an area or 2m x 5 meters. one end of the sheets along one 5m length is already cut so this means there are 2 x 2m lengths to cut close to the brickwork and 1 x 5 m length (across the 750wide sheets). Once cut the sheets should lever off easily. The second part of the job is to carefully cut out a small part of the existing slab - about 1 m x 500mm - the slab is approximately 110mm thick. In the pic, this is the area at the edge ion the slab directly in front of the door area (where the brickwork has been taken out. This is overhead work and muct be done carefully and safely. There is full access to the area. Demolished material to be left on site directly outside the area
