Floor sanding and polishing original floor board (redgum?). Approx 60m2 whole area combined kitchen dining kitchen, entrance , hallway and 1 bedroom. Some scratches in dining and living areas where 2 chairs used by disabled husband getting up and down scraping along the flooring. Some sun damage at door entrance.

This table has been much loved at Hanworth House needs someone to give this much loved dining table a little makeover. Happy to stick with the white wash again. I’m flexible with time and day.

Painting walls, window frames, doors and skirting for 1 bedroom, study, kitchen, dining and living (floor plan attached). Should include all prep work - sanding, patching, gap filling and sealing where required. The bedroom has 1 brick wall that needs to be sealed, primed and painted over (pic attached) Paint provided.

Dining table was finished with organoil but it has left it sticky. I wish to have it sanded back and finished with a protective coating. Coffee table was also finished with organoil, it is not sticky but has water marks etc. Side table has water stains, not sure what it is finished with.

Ceiling has been patched but needs the rough parts to be sanded, and then the ceiling painted. Paint will be provided and have a massive painters drop sheet, and a rollers etc if required. Interior walls have already been done, this will just be the ceiling

Regrout the front entrance area and dining kitchen. The loungeroom has been completed and may require a small touch up. There are also some tiles that require repair if you are able to do this, that would be wonderful.

I have a wooden dining table with an extender in the middle to make it bigger + 8 wooden dining chairs, that need to be sanded and fresh stain put on. We’ve already started sanding but we don’t have the time to complete the task. We have two electric sanders here to work with but they’re not the best.

The ceiling needs one coat except for some renos and that section will need two. Walls two coats and one wall of wall papering if possible if not just a quote for the painting
