Please quote ** Our door knob has stopped working at our house, it will twist, but the door remains locked. You will have access to both sides of the door knob- unsure if it can be repaired, or if it is needing to be replaced. If the doorknob needs to be replaced, it will need to be identical to what is currently there as its a strata building.
