Find a reliable local draftsman in NSW

I want to move a couple of internal walls in a single storey home, no external work invovled. Just need a draft site plan and the floor plan we want. No CAD or any other stuff. I have already drawn up the floor plan I want, just need a accredited draftman to provide a draft to send to the structural engineer to see if there load bearing walls to remove.

I need my house to be 3d modelled in sketchup with very accurate dimensional measurements of all rooms and roof plan. The house will come into our posession in mid to late May and from there you would have access to measure up. I want to be able to create any elevations using section planes from this model and show detail of stud walls and other concealed structure. A basic site topography in the immeadiate vicinity of the structure would be required as well.

We would like to have some drawings done for a gable roof living room extension at the rear of our house. Plan is to do a CDC , select a builder and begin works in Feb. we will demolish the 2 skillion roofs at the rear (and everything inside), in order to go back to the original exterior wall of house (where roof tiles stop). Small edit / addition to the task (28/11): we also need drawings done to extend the front room out over the front deck. i.e. demolish the existing wall (the one with sliding door) and erect a new wall further out roughly in line with the green pot plants on deck . this makes the front left bedroom roughly 2.5m longer. There is currently a small skillion roof over this area. This will need to be removed and the main tiled roof extended over the same spot (to where pot plants are + roughly 300mm eve).
