I want draftsmen for renovation drawings of my property and we can submit to council for approval.i just want to make two rooms in my pre existing garage and the only extension is towards backyard for bathroom and toilet addition.

We would like to possibly subdivide our property and need to work with a draftsperson experienced with working with Bayside Council to put together some initial plans for pre-development advice. Also looking for help to plan a kitchen remodel (possibly knocking out a wall to expand the space) in our existing home

Existing House has clay tiled roof and flat concrete roof. We want to remove and replace with Colourbond with some minor changes to roofline, and convert concrete roof to a balcony with glass balustrade

Require drafts person with previous experience preparing and submitting DA for Inner West Council. We are looking to refurbish and extend our single fronted brick terrace (c. 1870). Currently 2 bedroom, one bathroom with a couple of (basement) storage areas in a 210 m^2 plot (4.6 mts frontage). Land declines from front to back of the property. We're looking to refurbish in two stages. Stage 1: redesign ground level floor plan, extending to the back of the house to accommodate for the bathroom, kitchen, living and dining areas (open plan). Add a lower ground (min. 2.10 me height) to the back which will include a second bathroom, laundry and office/rumpus area opening to the garden with covered deck. Stage 2: Add second story for main bedroom with ensuite and ideally a second living area or 4th bedroom Required drafts person to produce renovation drawings, inclusive of floor plan, elevations, site plan, sectionsProject includes enclosure of balcony, new deck and internal staircase. We will also need you to produce waste management, environmental, plus other plans as required by Inner West Council. Also provide BASIX. Complying Development Certificate or Development Application. Hi - we need a handyman/ builder/ plaster to seal up the vents in two rooms that are causing noise and drafts to enter the house. We have 5 vents in total

Looking for draftsperson to draw a couple of internal and external plans for a renovation to be submitted for a private certifier. The job is small. one internal - kitchen layout alteration; and one external- extending the width of an external door towards a courtyard. I got the council floorpans that need be redrawn with the proposed changes. Great if you can come to site and measure. otherwise can send measuerments online and have a call.
