Draftsman to draw plans for butterfly stairs off existing back deck. House is in Red Hill, Brisbane Carpenter engaged who would like plans drawn with the following Suggestion: Stair landing on it's own footing with lower stair flight sit on the deck with double joists underneath. In order to do this, I need to get a set of accurate plans & elevations drafted for the current deck as is where is.
