We have an existing single brick garage (approx 30m2) that we'd like to convert to a home office/teenage retreat with a small internal section with separate entry for tools/garden supplies . We intend to keep the brick shell, and add the requisite framework on the inside to hold up a raised roof. We require someone to come up with working drawings only (proposed floor plan, elevations, measurements) that we could take to various builders for accurate quotes. We also want to replace our existing pergola with a smaller one and would like the new design included in the working drawings. These working drawings will need to comply with the City of Charles Sturt council planning regulations. There is the potential for further work in terms of preparing remaining plans and drawings for submission to council for Development approval and building rules consent. I know it will cost more than $5 - just interested in competitive quotes from suitably qualified people. Thanks in advance!
