We currently reside in a terrace at Bondi junction and looking at going up a level and widening the terrace to go Boundary to Boundary. Ideally also increase the length of the ground floor to maximise the floor plan. Hi, There are 2 small air shafts in the wall of my bedroom next to the ceiling (old victorian house) and they make the room really drafty and cold in winter. I would need some help putting some tape or insulation foil over it (move double bed to access air shafts and then add tape or something similar over it)
