Find a reliable local draftsman in Sydney Northern Beaches

Looking for draftsperson to draw a couple of internal and external plans for a renovation to be submitted for a private certifier. The job is small. one internal - kitchen layout alteration; and one external- extending the width of an external door towards a courtyard. I got the council floorpans that need be redrawn with the proposed changes. Great if you can come to site and measure. otherwise can send measuerments online and have a call.

Draftsperson required for 3D CAD drawings for minor renovation. Project includes enclosure of balcony, new deck and internal staircase. Experience in minor alterations and additions to residential properties. Preferably knowledge of Northern Beaches Council. We have hand drawn plans by architect and now require these to be converted into CAD drawings. We will also need you to provide sections and elevations to the standard required for a Complying Development Certificate or Development Application. We have had a land survey done. Hi Taskers. We require simple drawings for 1) ensuite which is currently a 12sqm bedroom 2) enclose outdoor dining area under existing roof 3) cladding and windows to replace old sliding door.
