Driveway work Overview The driveway for our property has three problems, a crack near the stairs, cleaning required and faded paint on the embossed surface. To be discussed with the owner. 1) There is also proposed work to fix an area next to the LHS of the driveway to create a path or set of steps. There is the potential to include the work for the steps with any work needed to correct issues with the driveway. 2) The type of paint / epoxy to obtain so that the driveway can be painted. Dimensions 1) The bulk of the driveway is square but it has a couple of additional area’s. See diagram 1. 2) The driveway is on a slight incline running from the street up to the garage. Approximate incline would be almost a meter in total, end to end. 3) There is a crack in part of the driveway that needs repair. 4) A sewer hole cover will need to be preserved. Specific work 1) Advise as to the best approach top correct the above issues, including the area at the LHS of the driveway. 2) Clean entire driveway. 3) Repair crack in cement. 4) Other work as deemed a requirement after discussion. 5) Painting if this can be included in the work set. Otherwise, please provide contacts to complete the painting work. The painting will probably include the following; a. Paint / reimage the embossed grey sealer / epoxy on the driveway. b. The area on the LHS of the driveway. c. The area on the RHS of the house where a concrete path and ramp have been installed. 6) Clean and remove any materials from the worksite.

Garage 2 wall light need to fix

Need some urgent repairs on driveway gate. The sliding gate has come off its track, and one of the rollers has detached and needs to be repaired as soon as possible.

Driveway sealing and colour

Right now, there are 2 concrete parking spots in my house which is separate by concrete walking trail (grasses on the sides as in pic) The level of walking trail is bit lower as designed for walking which makes it hard for car to move from one driving spot to other. I am looking for cost effective idea to level it so that car can move from one point to other for parking. In your offers, please let me know how you want to achieve it and what do you charge.
