Driveway work Overview The driveway for our property has three problems, a crack near the stairs, cleaning required and faded paint on the embossed surface. To be discussed with the owner. 1) There is also proposed work to fix an area next to the LHS of the driveway to create a path or set of steps. There is the potential to include the work for the steps with any work needed to correct issues with the driveway. 2) The type of paint / epoxy to obtain so that the driveway can be painted. Specific work 1) Advise as to the best approach top correct the above issues, including the area at the LHS of the driveway. 2) Clean entire driveway. 3) Repair crack in cement. 4) Other work as deemed a requirement after discussion. 5) Painting if this can be included in the work set.
