Please take down our broken dryer and mount the new dryer we have purchased. Then move the old dryer to level 4 in our building to leave for rubbish collection. It's a tight fit next to the shelf and there is an inward slope on the wall in front of the dryer so you can't pull it directly forwards all the way out. I still hope you can take down the old dryer without removing the shelves but you might need to remove them- if you do remove the shelves then please replace them. Hopefully the new dryer will fit on the same old dryer's wall bracket properly. Otherwise if it's not a good fit then you will need to mount a new bracket on the wall. Require a heat pump dryer to be moved through a narrow hallway into a laundry cavity. Dryer is 55kg The complexity is the hallway is narrow, only about ~7cm each side. So you can’t have someone left and right side. And then it needs to go back into the cavity, so having someone back and front doesn’t work. At the end of the hallway there is a left side entrance to the bathroom but this is blocked by the laundry door. See images plus bad drawing of the situation. X is where the dryer needs to go.
