Fisher & Paykel clothes dryer not spinning.

I need someone to stack my Hisense 9kg clothes dryer on top of my Fisher & Paykel washing machine as I have just moved.

Swap washer and dryer from balcony to laundry and vice versa (I have 2 washers and 2 dryers). I will also need help with fixing one of my washer or dryer as I think one of them is leaking.

Lift dryer on top of washing machine

The Fisher & Paykel Clothes Dryer has a humming sound and does not rotate when you try to start it. If I rotate the drum, close the door while the drum is moving, and press start, it works for a bit. However, it will stop rotating after a short while and keep the humming noise, which I think is the heater. It it wall mounted and 6kg capacity. Possible that there's lint with a capacitor problem.

Require clothes dryer to be hung on laundry wall. Pre-existing bracket in place. More detail in photos.

Dryer is blocking a switch that needs replacing. Heat pump dryer needs to be lifted off the washing machine and on to the floor. There is a sliding shelf between the washing machine and dryer. Space is very cramped. Once the switch is replaced the dryer needs to be lifted back on the washing machine. Depending on timing this might need to be the following day.

Washing machine needs to be put back in place and stabilised. Dryer makes a loud sound when turning. It is a condenser dryer. Both washing machine and dryer are LG brand. Fridge water/ice dispenser is not sucking up the water. The fridge is also an LG.
