My washer dryer is coming up with error message E36, meaning the water won’t drain. We’ve opened the front service flap and cleared it but that hasn’t fixed the error message. It may be the drain at the back but we’re unsure how to take it off of the washing machine to check - we’ve checked it from the exit end and it looks clear from there. We’re unsure what the issue is here exactly but if you think you can help, please let me know.

my drying isn't drying. I've cleaned out all the filters. Online It says on some of the models of my brand there is a reset button for the thermostat but I am not able to get to the back of it.

We need the 55kg dryer lifted from the top of the washer for 1 minute to be able to get the hose from behind the unit. It's a tight space so can only be done by 1 person. The dryer is 60x85x65cms so is awkward to hold with 1. Can be fine anytime this week.
