As per attached pictures, it's a Wood Frame 70cm Round Mirror (comes with 2 dry wall anchors and screws)

We are replacing ceiling oyster lights with down lights. Holes will be left behind from the old lights which need to be filled back in. There will be 6 in total across 3 bedrooms and a living/dining area, each hole is approximately 4cm in diameter. Looking to get a quote for the repair and painting of the entire ceiling for the rooms as well.

Need 2x 9.5cm diameter drywall downlight holes repaired.

New wall install completed with all the dry wall being installed. All that’s required is mud and taping, ceiling cornice install, and door trim and base board install. it’s one wall but needs both sides done about 2.7m in length and 2.8 in height. I have all the materials already.

We have the tv mount already. Just need to mount it on the wall.

Adhesive wall panels were removed from the wall which left glue residue everywhere. The paint in this section needs to be stripped and then replastered/painted to match the existing wall (area measures 37 cm x 70 cm).

Currently the room entrance is 125cm wide by 212cm high without door. I want to install a door with standard frame of around 90cm x 210cm. Therefore, the drywall needs to be extended around 30cm on one side.

Have LED sign with driver, studs and nuts that needs to be installed on a drywall in our office in Bankstown. Sign and bits for installation all available, may need additional electrical cable to connect sign. Layout paper to indicate where to drill holes also available. Driver is already plug based. Will also need a way to turn the sign off, no remote came with the sign. May need a switch to be installed or a convenient method to turn sign off.

Newly built apartment included a built in ‘study’ desk that is attached to the wall. I would like it removed and the wall restored/repainted after it is removed. Will provide paint but require someone who has the remaining necessary equipment. Approx 2 meters long. It is affixed by screwed supports as well as glued and caulked so I’m expecting it won’t come off without some damage to the paint/drywall. Note: thank you in advance for your replies - I will not get back to you immediately as I’m out and about this week but will get back over the weekend once I’ve discussed offers and timing with Partner - this will likely not be needed until July / August.

There are two small cracks on each side of a power outlet. Outlet is also loose. Cracks need to be patched up and outlet re-secured.
