I require a licensed electrician to perform the following work below. I was only able to attach 5 pictures that outline the more details changes which form part of my description. The smaller changes I have done my best to describe below. I have purchased all switches, lights, and fans, I require only a quote for installation. I would be happy to be quoted on hourly / daily rate for the work if that is easiest. Items I require installation include: 1. Photo 1: Remove Poweroint and wiring coloured in red. 2. Photo 2: Remove wall light (red) extend wire to stairwell ceiling light (green). The ceiling light is installed, with the wiring laying in the roof cavity. 3. Photo 3: Remove wall light (red) extend wire and install 2x downlights (green), add a new lightswitch onto timber wall (blue). there is another powerpoint at other end of this hallway, I would like to retain (not in picture). 4: Photo 4: Remove ceiling light (red) replace with 2x downlights (green) 5: Photo 5: From new ceiling fan, extend and add 2x downlights. 6. Replace bedroom ceiling light with ceiling fan. 7: Replace bedroom ceiling light with 1x downlight. 8: Replace bedroom power point, and extend and add additional powerpoint behind bedhead. 9: Replace 2x wall light switches, and replace 2x power points to new items. Hello there, I am needing an electrician to come out ASAP to my home and quote or just input a new switchboard as the fuses are old and need replacing, please. An electrician came out yesterday to move the power box 180 degrees from the inside of the shed to the outside. However, he’s flagged the fuse and fuse holders need to be replaced ASAP as it could cause a fire. He cannot come out again as he starts another planned job today. He’s also mentioned, the cables are needing replacing and an upgrading of the sub main switchboard. Need an electrician to install a 4 x Electrical Outlet Power Point on interior wall. There is no existing Power Point on either side of the wall. Double storey house, outlet install is on the bottom floor. You will need to supply the outlet and make sure everything is tidied up post install.

I had a new power point installed for the sole purpose of connecting my modem to it. There is an existing phone line in the wall cavity that was repositioned for easy connection to the modem, however it is just the cable with no socket. I need a new socket attached to the cable. The electrician that installed the power point has allowed space for a telephone socket on the recessed wall plate (see pictures attached).

The cold water pipe which is going to water hear is leaking in the wall cavity. It seems to be from pipe to pipe connection (knee connection). Need repair or connection replacement The circle highlighted black is the knee I also feel small drop of water when i put my hand in the cavity. I think a connection up in the cavity is leaking as well.
